Pivovarna Lasko Could Lose all Voting Rights for Thursday's Union AGM

Ljubljana, 24 July - Shareholders of the second-largest Slovene brewer Pivovarna Union are to convene for their annual general meeting on Thursday, at which they are to decide, among other things, on the division of last year's balance sheet profits. However, the question of how to divide SIT 4.77bn (EUR 21.02m) of profits is bound to be overshadowed by an argument on what percent of voting rights are to be given to the one of two bidders for the takeover of Union, namely to Slovene brewer Pivovarna Lasko.
