Slovene Advertising on the Rise With Half-Year Investments of EUR 119m

Ljubljana, 24 July - Gross value of advertising in the first half of 2002 totalled SIT 27bn, or slightly over EUR 119m, with TV advertisements making up 65 percent of the total value, a survey shows. The share of advertisements in daily newspapers amounted to 18 percent, followed by ads in magazines with 13 percent, while billboards accounted for a five-percent advertising share only.
