Competition Protection Office Gives Lasko Part of Voting Rights for Union AGM
Ljubljana, 25 July - Brewer Pivovarna Lasko, the owner of over 46 percent of its rival Slovene brewery Pivovarna Union, will be able to assert voting rights for 24.24 percent of Union shares at Thursday's Union AGM, as the Competition Protection Office (CPO) earlier in the day relaxed yesterday's decision to prohibit Lasko from asserting any of the voting rights for Union shares.
