Slovenia's Prevent Becomes Official Owner of Bosnian Car-Parts Maker FAD

Sarajevo, 25 July - The Slovene maker of car-seat covers Prevent has officially become the owner of Bosnian car parts maker Fad, as the company signed on Wednesday the purchase contract with the Agency for Privatisation of the Zenica-Doboj canton. Prevent acquired the company for one convertible mark, but is committed to invest some seven million convertible marks (EUR 3.5m) in the company over the next three years, Prevent reported on Thursday.
