Union AGM Goes by With No Major Surprises

Ljubljana, 25 July - The much anticipated AGM of the Slovene second-largest brewer Pivovarna Union, at which 74.74 percent of the capital was present, came to an end with no major surprises on Thursday, as the shareholders approved all of the management board's proposals despite heated debates at times.
