Pivovarna Union's AGM Looked into by the Press

Ljubljana, 26 July - Thursday's AGM of Slovene brewer Pivovarna Union echoes in a leading Slovene daily, which wonders which of the two takeover rivals for Union - Slovenia's Pivovarna Lasko or Belgium's Interbrew - would be eventually given the go-ahead for the takeover. Moreover, Delo suggests in Friday's editorial that what has been termed the brewers' war is unlikely be resolved quickly after lawyers and courts have got involved in the dispute.
