State Buys 55-Percent Stake in Refinery Lendava for One Tolar

Ljubljana, 26 July - The long troubled oil refinery Nafta Lendava will pass into full state ownership, as Slovene Economics Minister Tea Petrin and CEO of oil trader Petrol Janez Lotric on Friday signed a contract whereby Petrol will sell its 55-percent stake in the refinery to the state for the symbolic sum of one Slovene tolar.
