VRSIC - A traditional rememberance ceremony in the memory Russian prisoners of WWI, who died in an 1916 avalanche while constructing a mountain pass, is to take place in northwestern Slovenia. The event is to be attended by a delegation of Russian church and state officials, as well as Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel.
