Farmers to Highlight "Unacceptable" Gov't Policy at Monday's Strike
Ljubljana, 28 July - Slovene farmers are to stage a strike on Monday in a bid to highlight what they claim are an unacceptable agricultural policy led by the Slovene government and the tough conditions that Slovene farmers face. The organiser of the rally, the Farmers Trade Union of Slovenia, expects that more than 2,000 farmers will gather in front of the government palace in the centre of Ljubljana.
