Shareholders of Slovene Construction Giant Divide Profit

Ljubljana, 29 July - Shareholders of the Slovene construction company SCT agreed on the division of the 2001 balance sheet profit, which amounted to SIT 1.04bn (EUR 4.6m). At Monday's general assembly, representing 80.42 percent of the stock, all resolutions proposed by the board were adopted.
