Anti-Corruption Office Submits Report on Insurer Triglav to Authorities

Ljubljana, 29 July - The Office for Corruption Prevention on Monday finished compiling the report on corruption allegations in Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurer. According to head of the anti-corruption authority, Bostjan Penko, the analysis deals mainly with suspicions that private share capital was increased at the expense of publically-owned stock, and possible abuse of Triglav's fund of its own shares by the management.
