Environment Minister Answers Public Letter on Krsko N-Plant

Ljubljana, 29 July - It is not true that the Slovene-Croatian agreement on the Krsko N-plant (NEK) does not ensure reliable financial resources for financing the handling of low and intermediate radioactive waste, as well as spent nuclear fuel, wrote Minister of the Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy Janez Kopac on Monday in a response to a public letter by Mayor of Krsko Franci Bogovic.
