Ljubljana, 30 July - Belgian brewer Interbrew extended Tuesday its takeover offer for Slovenia's second-largest brewer Pivovarna Union by two days to 22 August, thus matching the validity of a rival takeover bid by leading Slovene brewer Pivovarna Lasko.
