Annual Industrial Output Down 1.9 Percent in June

Ljubljana, 31 July - Slovenia's industrial production dropped 3.8 percent in June, pushing the annual production rate to a negative 1.9 percent. Despite the monthly and annual drop, production in the first half of 2002 still exceeded that of the same period last year by 2.1 percent, the Slovene Statistical Office said.
