Gov't Offers New Solution to Bosnian Refugees
Ljubljana, 31 July - More than 200 Bosnian refugees currently living at the Ljubljana refugee centre were offered a solution to their housing problem on Wednesday, as the Government Immigration and Refugee Office proposed that refugee families would be given additional funds for private housing, while around 50 could be moved to the Ljubljana home for asylum seekers. The refugees must vacate their current premises to make way for a construction of a new asylum centre, which is to start in September.
