Footwear Maker Peko Posts Encouraging Half-Year Results
Tržič, 1 August - After footwear maker Peko more than halved operating losses last year, to SIT 810m (EUR 3.6m), the company said on Thursday that the loss should be curbed to SIT 300m (EUR 1.3m) by the end of this year. Peko posted sales revenues of SIT 3bn (EUR 13.2m) in the first six months of the year, and anticipates to post positive results in the last quarter of 2002.
