Daily Suggests Voluntary Health Insurance Has Acted Unlawfully
Ljubljana, 2 August - Slovenia's largest voluntary health insurance Vzajemna has acted unlawfully, the daily Delo suggests, as supervisory board members have received bonuses although legislation does not allow for the distribution of profits in mutual insurance companies. What is more, according to the paper, the company's assembly is acting unlawfully too, as the current provisional assembly can only be appointed for one year, but has been in place for the third year now.
