Slovene "Green" Parties Examine Possibilities of United Future After Divided Past
Ljubljana, 7 August - Slovene ecological parties, which have been pested by division for most of the period after Slovene independence and thus unable to exert any real political influence, shared the view that Slovene green parties should unite, or at least boost co-operation and make a united run at the elections. Representatives of the various factions examined their future and disputed past, and touched on a number of current environmental issue in a public television debate late on Tuesday.
