Lasko Accuses Union of Not Being Serious About Capital Injection
Laško, 14 August - "If the Union management had had serious intentions of expanding to the markets in which Interbrew is present with its products, it would have presented the owners with a development plan and invite other shareholders to provide the capital injection needed for the expansion," is the opinion of Pivovarna Lasko, the largest owner of Union with over 46 percent, expressed Wednesday.
