Numerous Ancient Skeletons Uncovered at Burial Site in Eastern Slovenia
Ptuj, 16 August - Remains of a Roman house from the first or second century AD and a burial site from the third or forth century AD have been discovered at an archeological site in Ptuj, eastern Slovenia, where archeologists have so far unearthed 76 urns and remains of as many as 280 skeletal burials, Maribor-based daily Vecer reports in its Friday edition.
