Slovene Citizen Sustains Serious Injuries while Resisting Arrest in Italy

Gorizia, 16 August - A Slovene citizen was shot in the head by Italian police Thursday morning as he resisted arrest, Radio Slovenija reported Friday, adding that the 30-year-old sustained serious injuries and is currently in critical condition at the Udine hospital. The incident took place near the Casa Rossa (Rozna dolina) border crossing with Slovenia.
