Croatian PM Feels Accord on Border Co-operation Could Be Implemented by October

Zagreb, 16 August - The situation in the Piran Bay is much better today than it was in the past days, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan told the press Friday, hopeful that the bilateral agreement on border co-operation and transport could by implemented by 1 October. Racan also expressed the hope that there would be no more incidents at sea, reported Croatian news agency Hina.
