Croatian FM Says Police Could Intervene in Piran Bay if Situation Deteriorates

Zagreb, 17 August - Croatian police cannot apprehend Slovene fishermen fishing on the Croatian side of the border, as the border has not yet been set, Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula told Croatian daily Jutarnji list. However, if the situation gets worse, police could resort to this measure, he said, stressing that Croatia has been making efforts to refrain from taking such steps.
