Ljubljana, 19 August - The Roma living in Slovenia are privileged in all fields, and now the government wants "to grant these people additional special rights" by introducing the right of the Romany community to have a representative in the municipal council, head of the National Party (SNS) Zmago Jelincic told the press on Monday.
