Nova Gorica, 20 August - The Slovene football team is plagued by injuries ahead of Wednesday's friendly with Italy in Trieste, and some members of the standard line-up have had to cancel their appearance. As goalkeeper Marko Simeunovic has problems with his thigh muscle, the new team manager Bojan Prasnikar called in a third goalkeeper Borut Mavric of Ljubljana's Vega Olimpija just in case.
