Slovene Adventurer Blocked by Red Tape Again
Ottawa, 21 August - Slovene pilot, climber and photographer Matevz Lenarcic, who embarked on an 80-day flight around the world in an ultra light plane on 29 May, has once again been detained by bureaucracy. After waiting 40 days for a permission to cross Russia, he now faces similar problems in Canada, where the Ottawa authorities have still not issued him a permission to cross the Atlantic, the Slovene national radio reported on Wednesday.
