MP Juri Writes to FM Rupel over ICC
Koper, 22 August - Slovenia cannot shrink from the risk of loosing the United States' support in the bid to join NATO if it advocates the rule of law and the principle of equality under law, an MP of a ruling coalition party said Thursday in an open letter to Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel concerning the U.S. proposal to Slovenia to sign a bilateral agreement that would protect U.S. troops from prosecution by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
