NATO Candidates Should not Bear Burden of U.S.-EU Differences Over ICC, Says McCain
Bohinj, 24 August - Different views on the role and jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) should not be a reason for a dispute between the U.S. and the European Union, while this issue should especially not be solved on the shoulders of NATO candidate countries, visiting U.S. Senator John McCain said during Saturday's meeting with Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek at the lakeside resort of Bohinj, the prime minister's office said.
