Switzerland's Novartis Anonymous Bidder for Slovene Drug-Maker Lek?
Ljubljana, 26 August - Novartis, a Swiss multinational, is the most likely bidder for a takeover of Slovenia's leading pharmaceutical company Lek according to foreign stock exchange analysts who specialise in pharmaceutical markets, the Slovene business daily Finance writes on Monday. Meanwhile, Lek's management called a general meeting for 27 September, when the shareholders are to decide on changes to the company statute and amend the management's powers to sell its Lek shares.
