Nobody Satisfied by CPO Ruling to Grant Lasko Part of Voting Rights
Ljubljana, 28 August - The decision of the Slovenian Competition Protection Office (CPO) to grant the country's largest brewer Pivovarna Lasko a portion of the voting rights for the upcoming extraordinary general assembly of its rival Pivovarna Union has not pleased any of the sides involved. While Lasko would like to have all its voting rights, Union and Lasko's takeover rival Interbrew hoped that Lasko would not have any voting rights.
