Ljubljana, 29 August - It was some EU members that suggested the U.S. should conclude bilateral agreements protecting its troops from prosecution by the International Criminal Court (ICC), Elizabeth Jones, Assistant Secretary of State at the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, told Slovenian journalists at a video conference Thursday.
