Yugoslavia Witnesses Surge in Influx of Slovenian Investments
Ljubljana, 29 August - Slovenian companies have been playing a very prominent part in privatisation of Yugoslavian companies lately. Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) has thus expressed interest in acquiring the majority stake in Novi Sad-based Continental banka, aluminium maker Impol just purchased 70 percent of aluminium rolling mill from Sevojno, while food company Kolinska bought 22 percent of mineral water producer Palanacki kiseljak. In addition, textile company Mura last week opened its fourth store in the country.
