Lasko to Take Part in Union AGM with 41.2 Percent of Voting Rights
Ljubljana, 30 August - Slovenia's leading brewer and Interbrew's rival for the takeover of Pivovarna Union will have 41.2 percent of voting rights, that is as much as Interbrew, at the upcoming Union AGM, following a decision by the Administrative Court. The court upheld the appeal made by Pivovarna Lasko against the Competition Protection Office, which only granted Lasko 24.24 percent of voting rights.
