Slovenian Insurer Could Still Purchase Croatia Osiguranje, Paper Suggests

Zagreb, 31 August - The Croatian government is expected to hold another round of talks with both remaining bidders for a majority stake in Croatia's leading insurer, Croatia Osiguranje, Jutarnji list writes on Saturday, suggesting that only the offer of Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav is acceptable. If talks with Triglav fail, privatisation could be shifted into next year, the paper adds.
