Opinion Guru: U.S. Role, Money and Lack of Threats are Biggest NATO Deterrents
Ljubljana, 31 August - The independence of Slovenia is still seen as its integration into Europe and the world, which is why Slovenians have a fairly unified stance towards membership of NATO and the EU, a leading Slovenian authority on public opinion told Saturday's edition of the daily Delo. According to sociologist Niko Tos, the sentiment about the two organisations is only partially influenced by special circumstances or reasons.
