Ljubljana, 3 September - Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek and independent candidate Barbara Brezigar would make it to the run-off of November's presidential elections, a Delo survey suggests, reaffirming conclusions of recent polls that former central bank governor France Arhar has suffered a severe drop in approval ratings since the disclosure of his high wage at health insurer Vzajemna.
