Lenarcic Gives Up 80-Day Flight Around the World

Brnik, 3 September - Slovenian pilot, climber and photographer Matevz Lenarcic - who embarked on a record-breaking, 80-day flight around the world in an ultra light plane on 29 May - came back home today from his unsuccessful attempt. He was doomed to fail when the Ottawa authorities refused to issue him a permission to cross the Atlantic, the 43-year-old adventurer told the STA.
