Slovenia to Help Equip New Afghan Army

Ljubljana, 5 September - The Slovenian government decided at its session on Thursday that it will donate 1,800 rifles, 88 mortars, 26 personal armour-piercing mortars and the required munition for the needs of the new Afghan army. The decision was taken on the basis of the Afghan government's request for assistance in equipping and training the future Afghan army.
