Petrol and Istrabenz Enter Bidding for Montenegrin Jugopetrol
Ljubljana, 6 September - Slovenian oil traders Petrol and Istrabenz confirmed Friday that they have placed bids for the purchase of a majority stake in Montenegrin oil company Jugopetrol. They will be up against Croatia's Ina, Russian Lukoil, the Israeli Corporation and Macedonia's Makpetrol for the 54-percent stake in the company that owns 36 gas stations and a port terminal.
