FM Rupel Warns Croatian Counterpart of Absence of Dialogue
Ljubljana, 6 September - Silence and the absence of dialogue are the worst possible solutions, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel wrote in Friday's letter to his Croatian counterpart. Regretting that Tonino Picula seems to be refusing to meet, Rupel noted that it is common for foreign ministers to be in charge of bilateral relations, according to the Slovenian Foreign Ministry.
