Slovenian Railways Workers Protest to Save the Company
Ljubljana, 7 September - About 2,200 workers of the Slovenian Railways (SZ) protested in Ljubljana on Saturday to save the company from government-proposed restructuring and privatisation, which is to be discussed by the parliament in September. The protesters want a wide national public debate on Slovenia's transport policy and railways transport and a privatisation of the company in one piece.
