Slovenian President Condemns Persecution of Slovenian Partisans
Nova Gorica, 7 September - Slovenian President Milan Kucan attended the 55th anniversary of the annexation of the Primorsko region to the Slovenian territory on Saturday, marking the event as a great action of the region's population against Fascist violence. He also took the opportunity to condemn the efforts of some Italian judiciary bodies that want to try Slovenian partisans for alleged WWII killings.
