Nuclear Experts Gather in Kranjska Gora

Kranjska Gora, 9 September - "Nuclear Energy for New Europe 2002", a three-day international conference of nuclear power experts kicked off on Monday in northwestern Slovenia. The ski resort town of Kranjska Gora is hosting about 150 scientists, two thirds of them from abroad. The conference is to focus on new nuclear power plants in Europe and the importance of science in designing new N-plants.
