Kucan Writes to U.S. President about Terrorist Attacks
Ljubljana, 10 September - The September 11 terrorist attacks in the U.S. were also "attacks on the right to freedom and security" of all who wish that the world would live in peace, mutual respect and understanding of states, nations and people that have become "irrevocably dependent on each other through globalisation," wrote Slovenian President Milan Kucan in a letter to U.S. President George W. Bush.
