Zagreb, 10 September - Prime ministers of Slovenia and Croatia, Janez Drnovsek in Ivica Racan, agreed on Tuesday on a temporary fisheries regime in the Piran Bay, in a bid to end the incidents in the area of the disputed sea border and calm down the over-heated Slovenian-Croatian relations.
