Ljubljana, 10 September - The EU Charter on Fundamental Rights must become legally binding, agreed members of the Slovenian forum on the future of the EU, as they gathered Tuesday for the first session after the summer recess. A document that sets down the basic values of European integration cannot remain a mere political declaration, the debate concluded.
