Ljubljana, 11 September - The principle of Slovenia's sustainable economic, social and environmental development has not been implemented sufficiently in the recent years, concludes the 2002 Human Development Report, a document compiled by the government Institute for Macroeconomic Development and Analyses (IMAD).
