Deal on Unrestricted Fishing Does not Meddle with Sea Border, FM Rupel Says
New York, 13 September - Slovenian and Croatian foreign ministers, Dimitrij Rupel and Tonino Picula, met Thursday on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York. Rupel pointed out that the deal on temporary fishing regulations, as agreed by Slovenian and Croatian prime ministers on Tuesday, in no way defines the sea border between the two countries. This is a solution that avoids defining any border line, Rupel told the press, confident that the solution would prevent fishing incidents.
