CEFTA Can Help New Signatories in the EU Integration Process, Says PM Drnovsek
Bratislava, 14 September - The co-operation between candidate countries for EU membership within the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) has definitely contributed to making them fit for the integration in the EU, said Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek, who is attending the CEFTA summit in the Slovakian capital on Saturday. Drnovsek, who has also met with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Medgyessy today, believes that "just as CEFTA has served for the preparation of our countries to EU membership, so it will in the future".
