Slovenian Agriculture is Far From Being Unfit for the EU, Expert Says
Ljubljana, 14 September - A serious problem concerning Slovenian agriculture is the lack of truly enterprising and qualified people who would be prepared to take agriculture as a proper job and get organised on the agriculture market, trying to find "new stories", and new niches - even though Slovenia does have certain advantages in this very field, Emil Erjavec, professor at the Biotechnical Faculty in Ljubljana and member of the negotiation group for Slovenia's accession to the EU, told the Saturday issue of the daily Delo.
